Top Managers:

goals and plans that affect the entire organization. Top level managers include project
manager and senior engineers.
Middle Managers:
Manager between the lowest level and top levels of the organization who manage the work of
first line managers. Here the middle managers include architects and junior architects.

First-line Managers:
Managers at the lowest level of management who manage the work of nonmanagerial
employees. Here first-line managers include iron workers and tradesman.
