common data point that can be used to compare all applicants.

my account no 1526104372902001. I confirm that the remittance is for the purpose of SAT Proctor Service
Fee.

I hereby declare that this transaction does not involve, and is not designed for the purpose of any
contravention or evasion of the provisions of the aforesaid act or of any rule, regulation, notification, and
direction.
