Form pairs. Hand out the pictures. Tell students not
to show each other the pictures. Make sure each
pair has an A card and a B card.
Demonstrate the game with a student. Say a
sentence about something that is going to happen
in your picture and invite the student to describe
the similar action that is going to happen is his/her
picture:
T: In my picture, a girl is going to fall off her bike.
S1: In my picture, a girl on her bike is going to trip with a
skateboard.
Invite pairs to start the game. Monitor and provide
help where needed. When students have finished,
ask the class how many differences they were able
to find.
