Binge Dieting To Lose Weight
I'm walking through the halls, which are full of fitness equipment and I saw my
instructor, who advised me to lose weight because of my size. When I looked in the
mirror, I noticed that my reflection was larger than the workout equipment on the exhibit.
That's when I understood I needed to indulge in excessive weight loss.
My instructor had briefed me on what I needed to do as I watched different
persons produce salt-based fluids in their bodies. I need to eat green and leafy foods
with low-calorie components throughout the day and night. In which I must concentrate
on activities that demand both energy and enough calories to support my body. This
road is difficult, but I kept reminding myself that this activity will help me become a
healthier person; that while it may be difficult at first and need a lot of energy, it will
ultimately fulfill me and help me burn the calories and fats that I have. That is why, like
the folks I see at these training centers, I will persevere and be determined.
