AGREEMENT

Hello Jerosh,

After evaluating the number of students for our new batch, we decided to
change the plan of payment. It will be based on the number of students
enrolled.

INR15000/- for each student enrolled for your subject till the student clears
his/her exams.

Please note it may be changed in the future as per availability of

students and other factors.This directive is only applicable to the current
batch which commenced on 02-08-2021.

Please return a signed copy of this letter as a token of acceptance of the

offer.
