The name of my mother is Tamasi Mandal. She is very beautiful and loving. My mother looks
after all of us. She works very hard day and night for all the members of the family. Whenever
we are sick, she looks after us. My mother cooks very delicious food for me. She looks after our
house and keeps it neat and clean. My mother loves me very much and I also love her very
much.

Q. 2. Write a paragraph on“The Rainy Season”

The rainy season comes after hot summer days. It is a blessing and relief to people. It begins in
the middle of June and lasts till September. During this season the sky is overcast with clouds.
From time to time rain comes with storm and thunder. With the coming of rain the vegetables get
back its freshness the farmers plough their field and sow seeds. The wind blows, the rivers flow,
flowers bloom, farness rejoice and nature looks verdant, fresh and beautiful. The rivers, wells,
ponds become full to the brain. The roads become muddy. Though there are many problems in
this season, we welcome rains as we cannot live without rain. It brings songs of new life in our
hearts.
