INTRA MEDIATION COMPETITION, 2021

RULES FOR ORAL ROUNDS

1. Participants are required to join the Competition using the link mailed by MAS, through
their laptops to avoid any technical issues. Participants are required to make sure that
they have proper network connectivity and internet.
2. All the teams should join the link by 10 AM for an audio, video and network connectivity
check.
3. There will be a Mediation chamber, Waiting room and Caucus room. After joining the
link, the students will be moved from the Main room to the Waiting room. As per their
round schedule, students will then be moved to the Mediation chamber in which the oral
rounds will be held.
4. Duration of each round will be 25 minutes.
5. Upon the request of the team, the Caucus will be displayed to the team in the Caucus
room.
6. If the team does not ask for Caucus, after the lapse of 15 minutes duration of the round,
the caucus will be given to the team mandatorily.
7. All the participants should turn on their videos and audio (while speaking) till the
completion of their respective rounds.

NOTE: All the above mentioned rules are subject to changes as per the discretion of MAS.
