Define ‘wages’. What is the liability of an employer to pay wages? Discuss the provision
of the Code on Wages, 2019 regarding deductions which may, and which may not, be made
from wages. -
What are the conditions for the eligibility of bonus? When is an employee disqualified from
receiving bonus?
Explain the composition and functions of Advisory boards under the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970.
What is the object of the Child Labour Prohibition Act, 19867 Explain the salient features,

If the principal employer failed to get registration under Section 7 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 andlor the Contractor failed to get a licence under
