The above captioned refers. I write in reference to our verbal conversation earlier this week. I am a holder of
Bachelors of Information Technology from Kyambogo University.

I have more than a year experience as a Banking Officer with Equity Bank (U) Ltd, three years’ experience in credit
with Development Microfinance ranging from aggressive sales and marketing, loan processing, recovery,
mortgaging and caveating, customer care and customer retention. I possess an extensive knowledge of the credit
cycle and policy procedures.

While at Development Microfinance, I built and maintained a quality portfolio of 800million with PAR at 4%. As a
result of improved follow-up processes on loan clients, I registered a reduction in delinquent and default rate. I also
registered an increase in monthly disbursement by 5% due to aggressive marketing strategy.

My passion backed up with the experience and exposure I have gathered for the past couple of years in banking
and credit has prepared me to step in for a more challenging position within your company. My attention to detail
and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every task I am assigned is done accurately and to the highest
possible standard.
