the previous memo of the OJT).
2. Give the difference of both Memorandum of Agreement and Memorandum of
Understanding.
Two parties have committed to collaborate on a common aim in a Memorandum of
Understanding. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), on the other hand, is a
legal document that sets out the terms of a bilateral or multilateral agreement
between two or more parties.
