Table 13 shows the profit per serving of Sizzlers: Saucy Wings.

The price of one (1) Sizzlers:


Saucy Wings meal is Php155.00 which is referred to as sale on Table 13. All the cost of sales for the meal
itself which consists of different products is deducted in the sales to get the profit per serving.

The cost of sale for Saucy Wings which is Php 32.05 is computed on Table 8. All the elements
for Saucy Wings such as chicken wings, flour and bread crumbs which cost Php 29.00, Php 1.25, and Php
1.80 respectively, are included in order to come up with the cost of sale.

The cost of sale for Gravy is Php 3.13 as shown on Table 9. The elements included in making the
gravy are: margarine which costs Php 2.00, flour which costs Php 0.25, beef cubes which costs Php 0.48,
and water which costs Php 0.40.

For the Fried Rice, its cost of sale as referred to Table 11 is Php 4.97, which includes all the
elements in making the said dish. The elements of Fried Rice consist of Rice, Ginisa mix and cooked
garlic which costs Php 4.30, Php 0.21 and Php 0.46 cost per serving or cup respectively.

The cost of sale for Fried Egg is Php 4.17, in which the computation for it is shown on Table 10.
The cost of sale for Gulaman drinks is Php 4.06 as shown in Table 12, which included all the elements in
making the said drinks. The elements that are included in the Gulaman drinks are: brown sugar which
costs Php 3.36 per glass, Gulaman powder which costs Php 0.60 per glass, and water which costs Php
0.10 per glass.

The total cost of sales for Sizzlers:Saucy as shown in Table 13 is Php 48.38. Then the costs of
sales are deducted to the Sale which is Php 155.00. The profit per saving that the business obtains per
serving of the Sizzlers: Saucy Wings is Php 106.62.

The cost of sale for Pork Sisig as shown on Table 22 is Php 34.49. The elements included in making the
dish are: pig’s ear and cheeks which cost Php 5.88 per serving, pork liver which costs Php 2.78 per
serving, white onion which costs Php 0.83 per serving, and green chillies which costs Php 25.00 per
serving. On the other hand, the cost of sale for Fried Egg is Php 4.17, as computed on Table 18.
