This is not a Filipino recipe but I was at "Fridays" the other night and was really curious

how they made their Alfredo, or commonly called Alfredo Fettuccine. I did some
research and cooked it at home and I was really surprised with the results. It turned out
to be delicious, creamy and tasty. In light of this, I thought I would share this recipe with
you.

Alfredo is a pasta dish made from fettuccine pasta. Cheddar cheese is used instead of
Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients:

 Fettuccine cooked
 4 egg yolks beaten
 1 cup whipped cream
 1 cup fresh milk
 salt and pepper to taste
 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
 1/4 ham diced or bacon optional

Alfredo Fettuccine Cooking Instructions:

 In pan, add fresh milk and stir. Simmer to boil.


 Add heavy whipping cream and mix. Simmer for few minutes.
 Add egg yolks into the pan and stir. Simmer until mixture thickens.
 Add grated cheese and continue stirring.
 Place Fettuccine noodles into the pan. Mix it thoroughly and turn off the heat.
Add diced ham and salt and pepper to taste.
