    The category Security Guard was given this Allowance
    w.e.f. 01-07-2011 @ 300/P.M
    The Officials (BPS-01 to BPS-04) were upgraded in
    upward Scale on 01-07-2007 and a special increment
    also given on 01-09-2007.
    A special increment is granted to the BPS-05 w.e.f.
    01-07-2015.
    One premature increment allowed w.e.f. 01-07-2014.
