1. In your own words and understanding, what is HUMAN RESOURCE?

Human resource management entails more than just recruiting and firing employees, it also
entails a variety of management activities in order to achieve organizational success. It focuses on
staffing, hiring, training, development, motivation, communication and compensation of the
personnel. To put it another way, it's about putting the right people in the right places. The human
resources department of a company serves as a link between the company and its employees.
Creating a positive working connection between employees and higher management. It also
develops and executes policies to assist everyone in performing their duties. HR is also concerned
with organizational change and industrial relations, which entails balancing organizational practices
with constraints emerging from government regulations.

1. Do you think HUMAN RESOURCE is vital/important in any organization why? Why not?
Human resource management is a vital component of a company's long-term success
strategy. One of the most important aspects of human resource management is to build and
maintain a productive workforce. This may entail training new employees as well as working with
current employees to assist them advance their careers, which helps the company reach its
objectives. HR staff utilize their knowledge and experience to locate the best candidate for the job,
while HR managers are an important link in the company's overall structure, ensuring that the
people are a good fit for the company's mission. Human resources staff do a lot more than just
recruit stars for the team, they also give managers expert advice on how to improve their teams'
performance and recommend training choices to help them reach their full potential. HR staff also
keep an eye on employees' well-being, care after their safety concerns, and occasionally function as
go-betweens. When disagreements emerge, both sides require HR, who guarantee that workers are
paid appropriately and follow up to ensure that when roles change, so does pay. Keeping skilled
employees saves time and money in the long term, which is why HR managers play such an
important role in employee retention in large corporations. Assisting employees on their way to a
successful career path is part of this job. HR managers can make a major difference by connecting
the right people and helping to define the organization by promoting change, which benefits
