1. Management of human resources does play a pivot role on quality. More important of
those, how you organize the people in the organization play even a bigger role in
improving both quality and productivity. Explain.
By being organized, employees will save a lot of time and have more time to focus on
important things. Considering there is a clear line of communication between employees and
managers in the organization, the team will be more productive and the higher the quality will
the result be. Better communication will definitely lead to better outcomes. Employees who are
also motivated and work hard will enhance their productivity and performance while helping
the organization achieve its goals. As long as they remain motivated, they will complete the
work quickly, act, and try to do a good job for themselves and the organization. Developing
good habits early can assist in maintaining the organized environment required to run a
successful firm.

2. What are the future challenges before human resources managers?


Recruitment and Selection, Management-Employee Balance, and Employee Emotional and
Physical Stability are just a few of the challenges that Human Resources Managers face. The
first is Recruitment and Selection, this is a significant HRM function that entails finding,
screening, shortlisting, and choosing qualified candidates for open positions. Any organization
wants it future to be in good and safe hands. As a result, finding the correct person is a critical
challenge for any organization. Management-Employee Balance, the human resource manager
must strike a balance between management and employees' interests. Management expects
profits, commitment, cooperation, loyalty, and sincerity, whereas employees expect improved
pay and wages, safety and security, healthy working conditions, career growth, and
participative working from management. Lastly, Employee Emotional and Physical Stability
Employees' emotional health should be addressed by the human resource manager. They
should make an effort to comprehend employees' attitudes, needs, and sentiments, and
motivate them whenever and wherever possible.
