My name is Mukesh Parmar, | am an employee as a Site Engineer (Civil) in the construction department of your organization. My appointment date is 19 July 2021. My field of work is Becharaji Field Office. | am eligible to receive my salary every month as stated in the contract and company policy. My month ends on the 30th day of every month, Nor has the salary of previous months been paid. Despite repeated telephonic conversations with Mr. Project Manager and the HR department, no payment has been made to my account. Unfortunately, my outstanding salary for this month - dated 19th July 2021 to October 2021 has not been credited to ‘my account tl today, Therefore, | am writing to bring this matter to your attention with the expectation of a speedy resolution of this matter, Problem. | am patiently waiting to hear from the HR department about the problems that caused the delay. | believe that ‘communication is paramount and in this case, | am treated fairy, Please look at this issue in person and see if my salary is in my account as soon as possible. | appreciate your help and look forward to hearing from you soon.
