This program is designed to take you to the next level.

So you’ve made some gains, but your progress has started to slow down or you’re getting bored
of your novice program.

Well, this program will kick up your training a notch or several hundred.

This program draws from many training principles, including bodybuilding and athleticism, and
is, from memory, as similar as I could make it to my own intermediate program over a decade
ago when I trained for sports and putting on mass.

The exercise selection also incorporates a push, pull, legs, introduction but morphs into a more
specific athletic approach mixing shoulders and explosive power in the same day -- yes, it can
be done!

Intermediates should look to train major muscle groups at least twice a week; bro splits are
becoming more of a thing of the part.

We firmly believe that moderate volume and higher frequency is the key to greater success in
your most significant muscle-growing years (years 1-5).

Those who take on the program will witness a rapid growth in muscle, strength, and athleticism.

All of the exercises can be found on YouTube if you are unsure as to how to execute them
correctly and -- most importantly -- safely.
