I ABOOD SELAH ABOOD of BOX ADDRESS 15138 Dares salaam, I have

decided to give my son MUHAMMED ABOOD SELAH ,my land located in Ukuni,
Bagamoyothat contain coconat , cashewnuts ,Mangoes and several other fruit baring
plants , that has a letter of offer NO: BAG/4026/1/51 dated 17/10/1995 issued in
Bagamoyo.

Going by my age and me getting older, its difficult for me to effectively attend to that
land and because of this I hereby give the land to my son.

I have given the land to my son with my own concent and willingly out of the love I
have for my son in my right senses.
