Tenses means ‘time’.


There are three times in English:
 PAST (before now)
 PRESENT (now)
 FUTURE (after now)

There are four types of English


tenses, namely:
 SIMPLE
 CONTINUOUS
 PERFECT
 PERFECT CONTINUOUS
