Group Campus Management Introduction

Organizational Design
Group Campus Management is part of Group Human Resources – Centre's of Excellence.
Campus Management structure is a satellite with Local Campus Managers, Local Entities, SpoCs
and functional design.

Roles & Responsibilities


Global and Local campus management
Global Campus Management is responsible for defining and implementing the Campus’ strategy of
the Group. This strategy is then executed by Local Campus resources which is made up of Campus
Managers/SpoCs/GBU Heads of Recruitment.
Group Campus Management – focus on global initiatives which are all international Campus
activities including (but not limited to):
define Campus strategy
set up international partnerships with international student associations
coordinate international events
create a campus community with all GBU’s/GDC’s
Support GBU’s in achieving campus targets
map desired skillset with studies/universities (e.g. Skills Catalogue) conforming to the Group 3 year
strategy
contribute to graduate employer branding with Global Branding Team
set up and execute Global graduate marketing Campaigns

The Local activities are managed and executed by the Local Campus managers and campus SpoCs
who contribute to and execute the Group Campus Strategy

Roles & Responsibilities


Head of Group Campus Management:
signs off Campus strategy, review and validates deliverables, build campus community, the
face of campus management, set up international partnerships, point of escalation for campus
teams, pivot between other Atos entities (e.g. recruitment, diversity, career management,
employer branding team), assigns campus projects conform campus plan

Campus Manager/Campus Management Specialist:


Responsible for the day to day campus activities, project management, reporting, point of
contact with the Local Campus Management SpoCs, executes global campus
projects/deliverables, builds marketing campaign, outlines and drives all Diversity and
Inclusion initiatives

GBU Campus Manager:


Dedicated resource responsible for both local and global campus activities, is the connecting
pivot point between Group Campus Management and Campus activities in their GBU.

Responsible for setting up local GBU campus plans, local reporting, local events and
campaigns. Aligns with Global Campus Management and responsible for their GBU
deliverables in line with Global Campus Strategy

Campus SpoC:
The point of contact in a certain GBU for local campus management activities. Not a
dedicated resource, and mostly combined with a recruitment role. Similar activities as GBU
campus manager, however more recruitment related

Local Campus Support:


For particularly large GBU’s/GDC’s this allows greater focus on specific countries within the
unit as dedicated support leads on hand to Campus Managers for successful delivery of action
plans, initiatives and more campus events for the countries which sit within that GBU/GDC

Definitions

3 classifications for universities in the scope of campus management:


Global Tier 1 university (G): A top university, ranked and recognized globally. Refers to
universities globally known for world-class research, academic excellence, an exceptional student
body, and the highest levels of innovation, creativity and scholarship. (Harvard)
Local Tier 1 university (L): A top university, ranked and recognized locally. Refers to universities
locally known for world-class research, academic excellence, an exceptional student body, and the
highest levels of innovation, creativity and scholarship. (Oxford and Cambridge)
Partner university (P): Partner universities are Non Tier 1 universities that have been nominated
by the GBU SpoCs and approved as such by Group Campus Management. These partner
universities have a portfolio that aligns and contributes to the Atos Group Strategy regarding key
skills and D&I. It is an university that Atos has or strives to set up a partnership with.
The list with in scope universities is reviewed and updated once a year in Q1.

General Assembly Tallinn April 2021
Hosted by the local BEST group Tallinn, will happen in April 2021, with Circular Economy as
topic. Planned to happen live, as well as virtual. Duration around one week

BEST Virtual Summit; June 2021.


Main topic and format are in phase of definition. Planned to happen virtual, duration around one
week

EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition) July 2021.


EBEC Finals Hosted by the University Carlos III in Madrid
Has a similar format to the finals that happened in Turin in 2019 (2020 cancelled due to covid).
Both live and online solutions are defined.

BEST President’s meeting: November 2021. Theme to be defined.


All Local BEST leaders participate in the Presidents 'meeting. Duration one week
