1. Rini Triyani Sugianto
Rini Sugianto, who was born on January 3, 1980 from Lampung, is the youngest
of two siblings who grew up in the city of Bandar Lampung. . Born into a family of
entrepreneurs, in his own childhood he did not like the world of drawing or painting, but
loved reading comics. And since he was a child he was proven to have idolized one of the
fictional characters from comics, a crested journalist with his dog friend named Snowy.
That's right, he is a comic character that is quite well known, namely Tintin. And one day
he will become the first animated film character he works on.

During high school he attended Regina Pacis High School, Bogor. Then he
continued his studies by taking the Department of Architecture at Parahyangan
University, Bandung. After graduating, the bachelor works in the field of architecture,
which he needs to study 3D animation for presentation materials. This is where he first
became acquainted with the actual world of animation. Finally finally chose to continue
their studies at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, USA to really study the
animation department. in 2001, Rini managed to work for one year. This is where you
need to learn about 3D. In 2002, he decided to shift the direction of his profession. He
decided to go to America and study S2 at the Academy of the University of the Arts, San
Francisco, USA although in his heart he doubted whether he could carry out the role of an
animator, because he had no experience of the digital world. But after some time
exploring, Rini also admitted falling in love with one of the visual creative sciences.

The road is not so smooth for women who grew up in Jakarta. Once graduated, he
had difficulty finding work. But then he got an internship opportunity at a design
company in san fransisco. But apparently he only became a coffee shopper and
photocopier. But Rini was not discouraged. He went through that difficult time for 6
months. He also sent portfolio to various companies. Fortunately, one of the teachers
heard the information of an internship at the maker of the neverwinter nights game at
Stormfont Studio. And Rini was an apprentice in this studio for one year, in 2005-2006.
After that, he moved to Offset Software for a year. In 2007 he again moved to Blur
Studio. Here he worked as an animator and animator supervisor and gave birth to several
cinematic games, namely Dante's Interno and Halo Wars

Animation for him is something very interesting starting from the process until the
final result. According to him, animation is very detailed oriented, flexible and hard work,
but when you see the results of his work and see the characters we animated come alive,
it's all worth it. How grateful Rini is for having parents who always support and support
each of their ideals and desires. Support is given on the basis of trust in school, college
and choose a job in the field of animation that was still so foreign to the ears that even his
parents did not know at all what animation is. Of course, at first Rini's parents were
doubtful about what her child was doing because it was not yet common as work in the
ordinary view of the Indonesian people. What is certain is that in the end they only
believe and are fully convinced that Rini's choice will indeed make her happy. One form
of support is evidenced by the provision of school fees to apply for a job.
