Think of a time when you spent


most of your time accomplishing school tasks, to the point that you barely had time for rest and
leisure. How did you feel?

The absence of leisure activities can greatly affect the quality of life. Humans don’t just work till they
drop, they also need relaxation and feature a laugh and that's where leisure activities, give joy after a
long period of work. If leisure activities are going to be missing and the life of a human being will be
fair working and work, I won’t name it dwelling as a man or women due to the fact it might
absolutely sense like I’m only a robotic running nonstop that is absolutely horrific for my health. The
absence of leisure activities might make my existence uninteresting and dull that's why it is exhorted
to preserve your existence balanced, in some cases you work and some of the time you don’t. I feel
so exhausted, stress to the point that I get angry easily when someone tries to talk to me and I hate
it so much.
