JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO INTERESTED PERSON

We, Mercedes V. Jaramillo and Constante Urmatam, both of legal age, both
widow, Filipino citizens and both residents of Macatcatud. Magsingal, Ilocos sur
respectively, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby
depose and say:

That we personally knew that Loyolo Urulaza and Atanacia Urulaza were brother
and sisters;

That Loyolo Urulaza and Atanacia Uruluza are the legitimate children of Eusebia
Alonzo and Alejandro Urulaza as can be gleaned from their respective birth
certificates;

That we know all these facts and circumstances because we are the longtime
friends of Loyolo and Atanasia Urulaza;

That we are not related by affinity or consanguinity to the above-mentioned

person;

That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of the foregoing facts and for
all legal intents and purpose it may serve.

In witness whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this 20 th day of September,
2021 at Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
