COLOR IQ: SEPHORA ASSIGNMENT.

PANTONE COLOR: Sephora partnered with pantone color which gives


birth to the assumption that Sephora must have done the background
analysis of the company to choose the partner who can help with
understanding the market with intriguing insights and data driven
analysis.

SCAN CUSTOMER SKIN – COLOR IQ NUMBER – IN STORE AND


MOBILE APPLICATION:
Sephora scanned customers skin and assigned them Color IQ number
and must have done business analytics for listing and matching of
data as the customer preference changes from the geography (for
example: color of vermilion changes from India in comparison
with foreign countries.). Moreover, Sephora must have used AI and
business analytics to execute in-store use of Color IQ number and
mobile application to customize the experience of costumers.

E-MAILING:
Sephora must have used business analytics to sync product
customized messages through e-mails specific to customer
preferences.
