Instructions* re Online Quizzes & Exams

Atty. Crisostomo A. Uribe

1. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

2. The beadles should check attendance before the quiz/exam. If a permit is

required, collect the permits arranged per class list before the start of the
exam.

start of the class) and exams will be thru Google Forms and proctored using

screen.

4. Your audio should always be at the maximum level and never muted while
taking the quiz/exam.

5. No one will be allowed to leave the “classroom” unless he has submitted his
answers. For exams, send a message to the proctor (privately thru zoom chat)
that you have submitted your answers so you can leave zoom.

7. You can use an unused bond paper as scratch paper which should be checked
by the beadles.

8. ALL other GADGETS not necessary to take the quiz/exam (Mobile

Phones/Tablets/Smart Watches/Apple Watches) should be out of your
reach, turned off or on silent mode and should be used only if there is an
