Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide world-class support to enable our clients to integrate with our APIs
Proactively map out clients’ technical requirements and help establish implementation timelines with

clients
Lead demo customization, execution, and presentation

Assist the sales team members in closing large accounts

Be the first touchpoint for clients on technical issues, and ensure their timely resolution
Build a relationship with clients and become the voice of the client to our internal teams regarding

product, technical and integration requirements

Continuously work to make the pre-sales process efficient and build the standard operating procedures

for success

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

Demonstrated success in prior roles in Solution Engineering / Sales Integration / Technical Support
Knowledge about API and Application Integration will be a plus point.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical
stakeholders
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience in Fintech or SaaS is a plus
