2. BROCHURE PROPOSAL

Our idea for the presentation of the brochure is to handle a clean style, with a simple and
easy-to-read typeface in which we will present on the outside the data of our company, the
name of our product and also the advantages of the consumption of our product.

For the internal part we want to highlight the composition of our product, but also why the
need for its creation arises. Why people need to consume it and also highlight its benefits.

In several of the sections highlight the logo of our laboratory to generate remembrance in
the public and show its presentation.

We plan to manage the colors used in the packaging of the product in this brochure in order
to highlight it and make it attractive to visitors.

3. DESIGN AND ASSEMBLY OF THE BOOTH

3. 1 Promotional booth outside the event site

By participating in this event, we plan to significantly present our product. To do this, we


have organized a shelf located in one of the areas where the public will concentrate most of
the time. It has been designed in a striking way to attract visitors, thus managing to present
our corporate image through clean and attractive furniture. Next, we present the design and
model of the stand for the exhibition plan:

For our display shelf we have thought of a clean and spacious design in which we have a
horizontal display shelf of our product so that it is visible to visitors and makes it easy to
purchase.

In addition, spaces will be managed so that our consultants can clarify doubts and concerns
of visitors about the product and its benefits, equipped with tables and seats to talk
comfortably. There will also be a rest space for visitors furnished and equipped with an
information screen where interviews and reports on the benefits of the product and the
corporate image as such are shown, managing to cause an effect on the memory of the
image and can identify much more quickly.

Dayeluz Laboratorios has decided to take advantage of this event to cause our visitors to
remember the product and the brand, including potential consumers, wholesale distributors,
wholesale distributors and specialists in recommending our product. For this we have
designed some Point of Purchase materials to generate this memory such as:

3.4 LAYOUT

In our planning we have analyzed the point where visitors will concentrate most of the
time. In this event there will be presentations and concerts to liven up the atmosphere,
that will lead to people most of the time being located in front of the platform. Taking into
account the above, it was decided to carry out the shelf contract with a location in front
of this platform, covering two corners, which will facilitate visibility for visitors and will be
an area with a large influx of public. The chosen shelf is # 17. In addition, banners will
be placed on various sides of the event to generate memories for potential customers.

4. BOOTH CONTRACT

SHELF LEASE AGREEMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT PRESENTATION EVENT

In Barranquilla on July 16, 2021

TOGETHER

On the one hand, ADALBERTO RAFAEL PAREJO MESA, of legal age, domiciled in Soledad for
the purposes provided in this document at Calle XX # XX? - XX municipality of Soledad and identified
with identification number 9.523.251 as representative of HOTEL MOVICH BURÓ 94 as events
manager.
of another BELLA LUZ CASTRO DE LA CRUZ of legal age, with address for the purposes provided
in this document in Soledad at Calle XX # XX - XX and identified with the number 1,251,362,355

INTERVENE

The one mentioned in the first place, as LESSOR, in the name and on behalf of the commercial entity
HOTEL WINDSOR BURÓ 94 as EVENT MANAGER. This company is registered in the Mercantile
Registry 3215132131562, under the entries of Volume 2541, Folio 41, Sheet 17442, and with CIF
23451212. The expressed Ismael Valencia Vergara assures that he is in the performance of his
position, holding full powers and validity of the same, to act with the representation that declares.
And the second named, as LESSEE, in his own name and right.
Both parties, as they intervene, know each other and recognize each other enough legal capacity to
carry out the object of this LEASE CONTRACT OF SHELF # 17 IN PREMISES X WITH FACILITIES
FOR THE PARTICIPATION OF A SPECIFIC EVENT, by virtue of which

EXPOSE

I) That the entity that represents mr. ADALBERTO RAFAEL PAREJO MESA directs the
premises located on the eighth floor of the building located at Calle 94 # 51B - 03, with an area of
190 square meters. Said premises are endowed and equipped with the facilities, machinery and
utensils described in Annex 1. All the detail is in perfect condition of use and conservation, suitable
for its use in the terms recommended by the manufacturer or producer for each case.
II) BELLA LUZ CASTRO DE LA CRUZ is aware of how many antecedents, characteristics,
possibilities of use, urban, legal situation and others that may interest her, she expresses her desire
to lease the use of shelf # 17 of the aforementioned premises to carry out the commercial
presentation of your brand and product in public launch.

As agreed by the parties, they carry out the granting based on the following

CLAUSES

a) The lessor assigns to the tenant, the use and enjoyment of the shelf described in section II) above
for its use according to the destination and purpose expressed in section II) from 9:00 a.m. to
11:00 p.m.

b) The price agreed for the lease amounts to $ 2,500,000 (Two million, five hundred thousand pesos
/ Colombians) that will be paid in the following ways and conditions: 70% of the total value (that
is, $ 1,750,000 - Million seven hundred fifty thousand) as a deposit to reserve the contract, the
rest, 30% ($ 750,000 - seven hundred fifty thousand pesos) at the start of the event and
adaptation of the site for the delivery of the space by the landlord to the tenant

c) The shelf is organized by the tenant under his sole responsibility. Seeing this, therefore, obliged
to keep order and comply with current regulations in urban planning, urban police and the order
regulations established to maintain good order and respect among all participants. Any anomaly
that he detects must be reported immediately by the Lessee or person from his organization to
the corresponding authority. In addition, the Lessee is obliged to the Lessor to deliver the shelf
and its attachments in the same good condition in which they are received, without detriment to
its value, clean and suitable for reuse by another person, without the need to carry out repairs. ,
or cleaning service

d) It is strictly prohibited.
1) The sublease or assignment of this contract, without the express and written authorization of the
Lessor. 2) The organization or celebration of any event other than the one described in the expository
part of this document. Not even the simultaneous concurrence of this event with another not
described. 3) The storage or use of any flammable or dangerous substance, such as any combustible
material, fireworks, etc. 4) The attendance of more people to whom the capacity of the shelf is limited
(8 people), and the attendance of more people than the maximum capacity of the ball park, indicated
by the manufacturer). 5) The use of any element of the premises for a purpose other than that
envisaged for it. 6) Use the sidewalk or public road in front of the premises, as well as any venue that
belongs to the community of owners to prolong the celebration of the event, which may cause
inconvenience to the neighborhood.

e) The parties expressly waiving any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the courts of
Barranquilla, the municipality to which the premises belong, for any litigation that may arise from the
interpretation of this contract.
Which, in proof of finding it compliant and committing to what is agreed here, they sign in duplicate
and for a single exemplary effect in Barranquilla on July 16, 2021.
