NURSING CARE FOR FAMILY WITH HEBEFRENIC SCHHIZOPHRENIA
WITH NURSING PROBLEMS FAMILY CAPABILITY

Mental health is a condition in which an individual can develop physically, mentally,
spiritually and socially so that the individual realizes his own abilities, can cope with pressure, can work productively, and is able to contribute to his community. The Ministry of Health in 2019 showed that people with schizophrenia in the world reached 21 million people, while the prevalence in Indonesia reached 400,000 people. In 2020, the number of old Schizophrenia sufferers is quite high, namely 269 male and 169 female, which causes the author to raise this issue in a case report. This case report is to gain knowledge and understanding directly on clients with Hebephrenic Schizophrenia through a comprehensive nursing process approach. In the preparation of this case report using a descriptive method, namely by revealing the facts in accordance with the data obtained. From the study, one diagnosis was found, namely the inability to cope with the family. Schizophrenia is part of a psychotic disorder which is mainly characterized by a loss of understanding of reality and a loss of self-point power. Schizophrenia with the hebephrenic type is categorized as quite severe and has the worst prognosis compared to other types of schizophrenia.
