As of this scenario as I observe both side are lack of communication.

As
the side of Mr. Christian Carabeo I understand that they were so worried
about their health, Imagine you were being there in the scenario where
you were isolated with the whole family and there is no enough food and
medication for them. As Mr. Christian said they don’t know the protocol
that’s why they would like to connect/contact into the RHU to clear what
is the right thing to do. They were continue to contacting the RHU and
the Barangay but the action were reach them after nine days. I'm not
saying that Mr. Christian did the right thing, but for the reason that no
one took action on their situation and the only food provided was Delata
and Rice only. We cannot avoid instances like this As a frontliner I salute
the Nurse because she is just doing her job, And even though she has the
choice to fight patients she still prefers to be professional and calm. Even
though she was very tired based on the statements revealed by the
barangay, she was the only one who monitored and even at night she
continued her work. She is a good example to future nurses, She Maintain
professional boundaries and Actively listen to your patient. She is so good
in maintaining the Professional ethics is one of the important attitude on
being a nursing, which includes various rights such as respecting the
patient's right to choose, being useful, being harmless , and respecting
the justice, integrity, and confidentiality of information.
