Demand Letter

This letter is with regards to your failure to pay your obligation to my client Mr. Ricardo
Pablico.
It was disclosed by my client that you have an outstanding obligation with in the
amount of Php 40,000.00 inclusive of interest for five years. Despite repeated demands,
you failed and continuously fail to pay the aforesaid amount. 

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount

of Php 40,0000 with the corresponding monthly interest of 5% for five years
within FIVE (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be constrained to file
the necessary legal action as well as an administrative case for failure to pay your debt
to protect the interest of our client. 

You are hereby advised to settle your obligation within 5 days from the receipt of this
letter, otherwise, we will be constrain to file a civil case for collection of sum of money as well
as administrative case for non-failure of the debt.

Ricardo Pablico.
It was disclosed by my client that you have an outstanding obligation in the
amount of $ 2,200.00. Despite repeated demands, you failed and continuously fail to
pay the aforesaid amount. 

Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the amount

of $2,200.00 within FIVE (5) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect the interest of our
client.
