According to the state of Andhrapradesh it is clearly stated that “actually” 37 castes/communities are belongs to Aboriginal Tribes, Vimuktha Jathi’s, Nomadic and Semi-Nomadic Tribes and Wandering Classes in Andhrapradesh state having traditional occupation is/was Begging, Pigrearing, Snake-Charming, Bird catching, Game snearers, Religious mendicants, Drum beaters, Bamboo workers, Hunter and Laboueres, Making mats from Date-Leaves, Basket making, Agricultural labourer, Earth workers, Boat men etc. All these 37 castes are in BC-A Category Ilst of Andhrapradesh. There after some castes were included in Group “A”. Now there are 52 castes/communities in Group “A”, but stil there’s Anomaly having the difference between the 52 castes/communities.” So this is clearly proves that our 32 castes including JANGAMA/communities are Extremely Back-Ward and clearly entitled. in view of the above learned 23 BC castes requisition of recognizing them as MBC communities as purely observed, because BC sub categorization has done already in the state of Andhrapradesh. ‘According to Hon'ble Justice Eswaraiah commission there is No Most Back-Ward classes category it is only More Back-Ward Classes category. Still the recommendations of Hon'ble justice Eswaraiah commission are not implemented. Now Hon'ble Justice Smt. Rohini Commission is working on Sub Categorization with ia BC's. Hence their issue may be considered by Hon'ble Justice Smt, Rohini National OBC Commission only.
