Re: Submission of Production Report

Dear Engr. Laput:

This is in reference to the submission of production report of the E2Z

Sand and Gravel Trading for the Month of July 2021. Accordingly, please
excuse our late submission of our production report. The reason for the delay
is because most our employees, including our checker, had closed contact with
a covid positive patient, and were quarantined for almost half a month. As a
consequence, we were forced to temporarily close our hardware business for
the month of July. It was only this month that our checker was cleared by the
doctor to return to his work.

Moreover, due to the implementation of strict travel restrictions going to

Iloilo City, we are left with no immediate means of transportation but to send
our production report via private courier. We hope that you can accept our
reasons for the delay in the submission of production report.
