Criteria for Validation of the Survey Questionnaire

Using the criteria developed by evaluating a questionnaire set forth by Carter


Good and Douglas Scates, please check the appropriate box which corresponds to your
evaluation of the questionnaires on Peer Influence and Study Habits.

Ratings are follows:

1. This questionnaire is short enough and

2. The questionnaire is interesting and has

suggestive and no too stimulating.

6. Questions/ items are stated in such a

concerned.
