Responsible for scheduling (SAP based) all type of maintenance (supporting maintenance

HIMAWAN supervisor) to minimize equipment downtime which is impacted to production.

CURRENTLY WORKING AS Responsible for making sure maintenance technician have all they needs (spareparts,

tools, safety, & vendor services) to complete work orders.

Responsible for managing spare parts and alignment between the maintenance activity
and stock room by setting RoP-Max & monitoring PR-PO-GR (SAP Based)
Managing the maintenance needs by coordinating with intern or extern department
(manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, accounting, vendors, and etc.)
Managing work orders and documentation within CMMS (SAP PM Module).
Providing weekly, monthly, and annually maintenance
reports (through SAP and Ms. Excel) such as :
- ABNORMALITY MAPS (PM01)
- BREAKDOWN MAPS (PM02)
- PREVENTIVE MAPS (PM03)
