AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this ______ day of February 2019 at San Pedro City,
Laguna, Philippines, by and between:

LYDIA SILVA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow and a resident of 724 Maginhawa St.,
United San Pedro Subdivision, San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the FIRST
PARTY;

AND

MARRY GRACE SILVA, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of 176 Everlasting St.,
Camella Homes South 1, San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY,

W I T N E S S E T H:

1. That upon the instruction of the FIRST PARTY, the SECOND PARTY who is her daughter,

obtained a loan of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) with her (the first Party)
promise to pay the monthly amortization of the loan, but she failed to do so; the SECOND PARTY was
the one paying the monthly amortization of the loan;

2, That the SECOND PARTY, however, kept the following TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.

T-2465535 for the “BODEGA” and TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-240352 for the residential lot;

3. That the FIRST PARTY has undertaken to pay the SECOND PARTY, upon the sale of the lot

for the bodega, the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00 ) plus interest, and
to give her share as legal heir in the sale of the lot for the bodega, the certificate of title to which she is
willing to surrender;

4. That upon payment, the SECOND PARTY shall surrender the TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF

TITLE to the residential lot.

IN TESTIMONY HEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this ___ day of

February 2019 at San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines.
