AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT made and entered into this ___ day of


September 2019 at San Pedro City, Laguna, by and between:

CARIDAD D. UBUNGEN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, widow and a


resident of Blk. 7 Lot 34 Everlasting St., Cuyab, San Pedro, Laguna,
Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the SELLER; and

JEFFREY P. NAS, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married to LARAE


JEAN A. NAS, and a resident of Blk. 6 Lot 7 Daffodil St., Camella
Homes South 1, San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines, hereinafter referred
to as the BUYER:

1. That the SELLER is the absolute owner of the following


described parcel of land together with the two storey house thereon,

2. That the Seller desires to sell to the BUYER the above-

described parcel of land, together with the two storey house thereon at
the price of FOUR MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P4, 250,000.00);

3. That the BUYER has agreed to buy the same for the price offered:

4. Now therefore, the SELLER AND THE HEREIN BUYER have


agreed on the sale to the BUYER the above-described parcel of land
and the house thereon for FOUR MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P4,250,000.00);

IN TESTIMONY WHREOF, the partied have hereunto set their hands this
