AFFIDAVIT
I, MARIANO D. MARAMBA, of legal age, Filipino citizen,and a
resident of 165 Estrella St., Pasay City, Philippines, after being duly sworn
to hereby depose and say:
1.That I know personally the petitioner VICTORIA BULAWAN,
also known as MA. VICTORIA BULAWAN, who is married to ROGER
FERNANDEZ;
1. That I know her personally for she has rented a portion of my
House at No. 165 Estrella St., Pasay City for the past two (2) years; and
She has been living with me in the same house together with her two
children;

2. That VICTORIA BULAWAN also known as MA. VICTORIA

BULAWAN
is seeking to annul her marriage to ROGER FERNANDEZ;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the residence of the

said VICTORIA BULAWAN also known as MA. VICTORIA
BULAWAN, in connection with the filing of the petition for annulment of
her marriage before the Courts of Pasay City.
