JOINT- AFFIDAVIT
We, FERNANDO SALAZAR SALAVER and JUANITO P. NOEL,
both
of legal age, Filipino citizens, respectively, married and single and
residents Blk. 4 Lot 20 , Maryland Homes, Landayan, San Pedro City,
Laguna. And Blk. 7 Lot 16, Everlasting St., Camella Homes South 1,
San Pedro City, Laguna, Philippines, after being duly sworn to hereby

1. That we know ABUBAKAR JUHAILI MOHARRAM who was the

husband of CORAZON MIRASOL FRANCISCO MOHARRAM who is a
resident of Blk. 2 Lot 20 Maryland Homes, Landayan, San Pedro City,
Laguna;

2. That we know that the said ABUBAKAR JUHAILI

MOHARRAM
was the son of ISA MOHAMMAD MOHARRAM and JALIHA SALIM
JUHAILI, based on the birth and death and the true and correct name
of parents;

3.That ABUBAKAR JUHAILI MOHARRAM and CORAZON

MIRASOL FRANCISCO got married on March 27, 1965; unfortunately,
ABUBAKAR’S name was erroneously entered as ISA A. MOHARRAM
AND JALIHA I. JUHAILI;

4, That upon securing ABUBAKAR’S CENOMAR, his parents name

is also erroneously as ISA ABE MORHARRAM and JALIHA ISA
JUHAILI;

5. That the said ABUBAKAR JUHAILI MOHARRAM is a member of

the SOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM with SSS Number 1002026521;

6. That we know the facts above-stated for we are the close

friends of CORAZON FRANCISCO MOHARRAM, the wife of
ABUBAKAR
MOHARRAM;

7. That we know personally that ABUBAKAR with parents name

ISA MOHAMMAD MOHARRAM and JALIHA SALIM JUHAILI and
ABUBAKAR with parents name ISA A. MOHARRAM and JALIHA I.
JUHAILI; and ABUBAKAR with parents name ISA ABE MOHARRAM
and JALIHA ISA JUHAILI refer to one and the same person;
