Today, we’re going to submit our manuscript for the title thesis study. It has chapters 1
and 2. This made me realize the significance of communication.
I have with my partner Jason, we communicate with each other. We can’t do it in one
place because of this pandemic that is why I always call him or he is always calling me. With the
communication we made many times, we made our manuscript more exciting and completed
chapters 1 and 2. Now, we are ready to submit it. Communication is always the number one
important thing when it comes to doing research/study/thesis.

2. Explain what Purposive Communication can do for you in doing or fulfilling your
a. job as future manager of your own company (10pts)
b.responsibilities as a youth leader in your barangay (10pts)

a.         Purposive communication can do a lot to fulfill my job as a manager in my own

company.
It can help me to connect to my employees and other people in my company to make
relationships between us. As a manager, I have to deal with the  people in my company and
understand them so they can also understand me.
b.          As a youth leader in our barangay, I have to be a model to my co-youths.
Communication will help me to influence them in good ways. It can also help in expressing
my feelings and to meet their expectations of me as their leader. Sometimes, we need to
announce something, that is why communication will always take place in everything we do.

3. Recommend three specific means or ways by which a tourist or an OFW can successfully
relate or communicate with people belonging to a different culture. (15pts)

1st way in communicating with people belonging to a different culture, an OFW must
learn how to understand the other culture. 2nd, if he/she doesn’t understand the language of the
other, he/she can also communicate in non-verbal ways by using sign or eye contact. 3rd, be
aware of what is the culture of the person you are communicating with.
