Greetings of joy and peace!

One of the continual development programs of the Department of Education is its School Building Program in which
Aurelia Marecido Memorial High School is a recipient. It is to our joy that the school is a recipient of the said program,
however, a concern was raised by the MDRRMO regarding the site of the newly constructed building. As to the
assessment of the said office, the school building is not within the safety zone as it is near the shoreline.
Anent this, may I ask from our good office to provide us technical assistance on this matter. I am willing to appear
personally to discuss with you and the honorable members of the Sangguniang Bayan as to the resolution of this concern.
