Executive Order No. 16, Series of 2021 reiterates strict implementation of national laws, local ordinances, health and
safety protocols so as to mitigate, prevent, and respond accordingly the challenges of Covid-19 pandemic. However, we
would like to seek permission from your respectable office to initiate pictorial for the Grade 10 completers and Grade 12
graduating students of Sta. Catalina Science High School for the School Year 2020-2021.

This activity will be taken with the consideration that students are scheduled in batches so as to avoid mass gathering
and that social distancing will be strictly adhered to. This activity is not mandatory, hence, Parent’s Consent shall be
required from those coming for pictorial. Moreover, this initiative shall be taken with the assurance that strict health
protocols shall not be breached and that it shall be strictly adhered to.

Herewith is the schedule of pictorial in batches of 8-10 per day.
