TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the enrollment of school-age children in Roxas Elementary

School for School Year 2018-2019, 2019-2020, 2020-2021 has decreased due to following reasons:

1. Insurgency. In September 2019, there was an incident which the members of CPP-NPA
infiltrated the Barangay where there was no presence of Philippine Army during those
times. The incident reached Philippine Army’s knowledge and took an action that led some
residents to leave and migrate to another barangay.

2. Unstable Source of Income. Since 2020, the COVID pandemic had brought
socioeconomic challenges to the families and residents in barangay. These families had to
shift to other sources of income. Some of them left the province to find jobs in Manila and
other nearby provinces.

This certification is issued upon the request of the school for whatever legal purposes this
may serve.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the enrollment of school-age children in General Luna

Elementary School for School Year 2020-2021 has decreased due to following reasons:

1. Change of Residence. Due to poor socioeconomic situation in the barangay. Some of

residents had to leave for some reasons. Some families found other opportunities outside
the barangay and some families had to leave their livelihood to work for a stable source of
income.

2. Unstable Livelihood. Since 2020, the COVID pandemic had brought socioeconomic
challenges to the families and residents in barangay. Most of the residents depend on the
same field of livelihood such as farming. These families had to shift to other sources of
income. Some of them left the barangay to find jobs in other nearby barangays and outside
the municipality.

This certification is issued upon the request of the school for whatever legal purposes this
may serve.
