SUBJECT; Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware,I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur

simulation.In order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the
name and location of my restaurant. Please review the proposed idea by completing the
bottom portion of this memo and returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant;
The name of my restaurant is khatta metha.The theme for my restaurant is to
give my customers the feeling of nature in the heart of texas by exchanging
plastic plates to banana leaves.The color scheme that I have in mind is green
and blue.The signature dish at my restaurant is momo,samosa and cell roti.The
restaurant will be located in Houston,Texas

Restaurant Reasoning;
My mom is from Nepal so cooks nepali food and my dad is from nepal but
grew up in india so my dad likes indian food. So I had the idea to mix both
of the food and try to make something new and delicious.
