1. Why is NCBTS significant for pre-service teachers?

NCBTS is important for pre service teacher because they have training or seminar to become
an effective teacher. NCBTS is a very helpful tool to all teachers who desire to become effective
facilitators of student learning. Through NCBTS teachers can reflect on their current teaching
practices or create new teaching practices. A pre-service teacher, knowing and Understanding
NCBTS are very important. As we all know NCBTS is a general framework whose goal for the learners
is the make them part of the society by empowering them to help solve societal problems. By using
and knowing these NCBTS as a basis for our higher order intellectual quality task pre service teachers
are not only making them aware of societal problems but also developing the values of becoming
concern for the greater good of the community.

NCBTS will help pre service teachers to be an effective and efficient teacher. These will help
me to teach how to learn, problem solve, and synthesize the old with the new. These will serve as a
guide and basis for the pre service teacher. A pre service teacher, NCBTS is a very helpful guide in
molding and in shaping our pre-service teacher to become an effective, good and a teacher worth
emulated by pupils. It clearly describes what are the things that must do or achieve to meet the
standards of becoming a true teacher.
