Nowadays, social media has increased all of the people across cultures more connected. The
social media allows people in different region, culture, or tribe stay connected each other to
share their interests, thoughts, feelings, and insights online. It allows us to see what's going
on in the world in real time, knowing the different culture in another country, and have access
to an infinite quantity of information at our fingertips. According to Sawyer and Chen, 2012,
the social media support the effective way to connect a diversity of people, traditions,
opinions and places with each other across the world without being restricted by the
limitations of time and distance. So, we must prepare for the influence of communication
technology on all aspects of the culture of the nation's life. If we don’t, the culture from
another region will be free to enter and eliminate the culture of our country's ancestors.
