We have difficulty in forecasting the demand since Pandemic because of the lockdowns and sometimes

relief goods from the government and the NGOs or private individuals. With regards to Decision analysis
I have difficulty in decision right now I'm still gathering variables for this year.. It involves my. Investment
and. Risk management that really hard for me to decide because we'll never know until when the
Pandemic ends.

Part of my decision making that is to lay off employees but its the least for me to do. Cut the overheads
like lessen the operating expenses. Focus on the products that has high demands. Add product and
services that will help to raise the profit.
