Please note Lemon Tree Hotels’ cancellation/amendment policy as under:

A. For room reservations

1. Individual reservations

In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 72 hours
or less from the date of check in, a retention charge, of 1 night’s applicable room
rate, will be levied. In addition, should the guest check out early, 1 night’s retention
will be charged in lieu of the night(s) being released.

2. For groups of 3 rooms or more

In case there is any no-show or cancellation/amendment of the conference/group (in part or

full), within 15 days or less from the date of check in, a retention charge will be
levied. The retention charge will be calculated as follows - # of rooms being cancelled/no-
shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room for the conference/group. In addition,
should any participants check out early, retention will be charged for those nights
booked, now being released due to the early check out.

B. For conference room reservations

In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 7 days
or less from the date of the conference/event, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the
total billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head rate}, will be levied.

C. For restaurant reservations (10 people or more)

In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 72 hours
or less from the date of the reservation, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the total
billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head rate}, will be levied.
