Diagnostic test
- Describe diagnostic procedure used to confirm the occurrence of the disease.
- Identify or enumerate nursing responsibility before, during and after the conduct
of the procedure and rationalize.

Assessment and Findings

- This should reveal the findings of the diagnostic test as well as the result of your
assessment based on the given scenario and any source (book or internet)
