Vital P99-M Northern Luzon road inaugurated

Farmers and residents of Besao, Mountain Province stand to benefit from a newly completed P98.9-
million, 8.938-kilometer farm-to-market road (FMR) that was inaugurated and turned over to the
municipal government last July 29.

The road was expected to serve around 18,000 people from various villages of Besao and Tadian,
including the town of Quirino, Ilocos Sur.

at the Tala Hospital in Caloocan City.

“It has always been part of the QC Human Milk Bank’s program to extend our services to
in-need infants and moms regardless of the city they are in,”
- QCHMB Head Dr. Shahani Duque said.
