1. Is the emergence of full-fledged Marketing Channels on social media networks sites


by most major retailers inevitable? Why or why not?
ANSWER: The social media networks are highly recommended when it comes of selling the
products, because of that the trend of online shopping is increasing, the social media sites such as
Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and etc. and also in todays generation, we have an online shopping
flatforms which are Lazada and Shoppe which can help us more convenient when it comes in
buying a products. Online shopping helps us to buy some products if we can not go to the
supermarket. Most of the business nowadays are choosing to switched their businesses to online
sites. If there is a benefit for the customers because of the online shopping, there is also benefit for
the company or the owner of the business. They choose to switched their business through online
because it will provide convenience the customers when delivering the products.
JCPenny use Faceboook flatform as their marketing channel, because they can easily
interact to their customers and also can provide the best service that they desire to achieve. This
strategy are the most innovative marketing strategies because it can help a business or company to
generate and earn more profit.
2. Will social media sites be viewed by many manufacturers as a channel to sell their
products directly to consumers?
ANSWER: Yes, because we all know that many people are more engage of using all social media
flatforms or sites and This strategy are the most innovative marketing strategies because it can help
a business or company to generate and earn more profit.
3. Do you think shopping from a firm’s online channel embedded in a social networking
site is somehow different from shopping on the firm’s regular Web site? Explain.
ANSWER: No, because they are both a site that customer can find their products but using the
new strategy that using social network site is more effective to interact and get more customer.
